Measuring and monitoring client success
Infosapp’s Client Partnership Management Framework (CPMF) covers the business management processes involved in every type of client engagement. It provides guidelines for executing each stage of any engagement—from opportunity development to contract negotiation to delivery. The Client Satisfaction Assessment Program (CSAP) measures clients’ satisfaction toward the services provided by Infosapp and to identify areas of improvements.
